BSN Bulletin is a semi-annually published life science magazine which Biotechnology Society of Nepal has been releasing since 2009; with a vision to develop and uphold the passion of knowledge among the students and the general public.

As a part of a life science movement BSN had been instigating, the major aims of the magazine are to:

• Acquaint people with the trending international breakthroughs & News: The major affinity to learn is fundamentally derived from curiosity and passion; however students are more prone to be confined to the curriculum they follow and lose the intimacy with the breakthroughs and trending advancements today in the world. Our aim is to connect the general public with the easy access of the information and news burning in the field of life sciences and enhance their spirit to sync with the global happenings. The simple conduct of words aim its vast audience range such that complexity would not be a barrier to learning.

• Motivation and Inspiration: Seeding life to an unborn interests or resurrecting faded enthusiasm towards life science among the public is our goal. Even many get their zeal to learn get fainted even as a student; while the magazine upholds their enthusiasm and enhances their spark to discover. Development of the fields on life sciences in Nepal is struggling through the setbacks of brain drain; we focus on to motivate the youths about the entrepreneurial potentiality in Nepal. We aim to promote biotech startups through articles, interviews and advertisements.

• Propagate BSN reports: Our organization has been actively accomplishing to promote biotechnology and enhance its status; we also aim to address them and propagate an insight about BSN and the events we support and conduct. The magazine is a part of the science revolution BSN has been aiming to accomplish.

• Honour the accomplishments and research by Nepali life-scientists: As a portal into the scientific world, we aim to commend and highlight recent accomplishments in the field of life sciences by publishing news articles about them. Accomplishments may encompass honors conferred upon a scientist, impactful research, or any other recognition.
